Returns & Exchanges

Social Recluse offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them!


 What we need you to do

  • Email us at hello@socialrecluse.co.uk and ask for a Returns Form.
    We do not send these out with your order as we are trying to cut down on paper use. Once you receive the Returns Form. Please download and fill out and ensure you return it with your unwanted goods. Please ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags! 
  • Your Social Recluse mailer bag can be turned inside out and re-used the.
    Send your unwanted items back to us using a courier of your choice via a tracked service.
  • If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as Social Recluse will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees. 
  • Don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt and any tracking numbers.

What we'll do when we receive your return

  • Once your return arrives with us we'll begin to process it as soon as possible! Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return.
  • We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account or gift card. You will also get a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.
  • If you require an exchange please state in your email and also on the Returns Form. If we do not have the item in the size you require we can offer you another item or refund.

  • Our returns address is: Social Recluse. Returns. 46 King Street. Glasgow G1 5QT. UK.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Social Recluse do not offer free returns. 
  • Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a Gift Card if the goods arrive in new, unworn condition.
  • Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 30 day returns policy as normal.  
  • Items purchased from our Lucky Bag sales are non-refundable.
  • All Social Recluse Custom orders are final and non-refundable. This is due to the custom nature of the product as it has been made to order.
